I've tried hoodia about 5 years ago when it first got popular. It worked OK, but it was expensive and I used it at a time when I wasn't eating well or really exercising, so it wasn't worth the expense.
I know that it can be difficult getting a quality hoodia product, and that is why I haven't used any in a really long time. But based on the reviews I tried this one, and I'm really happy with it. The very first time I took it I noticed a distinct lack in appetite. It's an interesting feeling, I'm not hungry but I suppose I could eat any way if I really wanted to, but I don't have an appetite and am in control. It's pretty cool! I eat very healthy, but I get really hungry (and get hunger pangs) at certain times of the day even if I've eaten, so this is a nice way to stick to my meal plan without having to struggle with hunger. One thing to note is that it can take away thirst too, so be mindful to drink enough water. The true test though, I've been Starbucks free for a week! Not that Starbucks is a bad thing, but I have a weakness for mochas and really don't need those extra calories.
I think the negative reviews are from people who are expecting hoodia to take away all inclination to eat. But, even with supplements such as this it takes a little effort and will power to stick to whatever it is you're trying to do. I think this product will best serve people who already have a healthy lifestyle but need a little boost to keep you on that path.

This product is a perfect example of false reviews to drum up more purchases. Amazon should really check these type of reviews. Note that each review is grammatically perfect and similarly written. Also, if you check under each name, they try to appear legitimate by reviewing other products, BUT the bulk of the products reviewed are on the same dates! There are some that lazily reviewed 7 products all on the same date. Don't be duped - do your homework and check these reviews carefully.

This is by far the best working Hoodia I have found. I only wish that I had found it on this site first, because it is cheaper here. It helps curb my food cravings better than other appetite suppressants that I have tried but I have to remember not to eat, just out of habbit, even when I am not actually hungry. I think this is where some people go wrong. I hope it stays available because it is definintely making me eat healthier and lose weight. The expense is a joke compared to the nice health benefits of not being too over weight.

This hoodia is pure and not diluted with other ingredients. I have several girlfriends that like hoodia a lot but my sister says that it doesnt affect her as much as she wanted it to. She hasnt tried any of mine yet but I plan to mail her a bottle. It helps to curb my appetite and seems to help most of the time. Once in a while, I am too stressed for it to take effect but on the average, super hoodia serves me well. Occasionally, I find myself reaching for food after having a hassle at home or at work but then realzie that it was more from habbit than being hungry so once I see it for what it is, it gives me more motivation to use self control and not snack so much. I am very happy with the product and use it every day.

It took me a while to understand about eating habbits and weight loss. I used to eat for gratification, after facing a problem, even when I wasnt hungry. Other times, I would eat the wrong foods because I was hungry.
I have found super hoodia to work better than the other appetite suppressants that I have tried. I know that I also have to show restraint and judgement in my eating. Taking this pill, or any pill, without a more comprehensive approach and some self restraint will not accomplish your goals.
With some restraint, I have been successfuly in curbing my weight gain using this hoodia. At first, I was just stopping the gain but now, after my second month, I am at the point where I am losing weight also. I am very happy with the product now that I have been honest with myself about bad eating habbits.
