Airdate: 11/18/07 In the battle against obesity, New York City's top health official wants chain restaurants like McDonald's and Wendy's to post the calorie content of their food, revealing that a Big Mac could give you a big gut if you indulge too often. Health commissioner Thomas Frieden says consumers can only make healthier choices if they know the facts on fat. The chain restaurants, however, say they are being singled out and are fighting back.
