I tried the prescribed dosage the first 2 days and wasn't impressed. I was going to return it for a refund, but decided to put some thought into this. I kept in mind that MOST dosages are for a 150lb. person, and I'm 250lbs. So the next day I doubled the dosage....VOILA!!! It works fantastic!! I've lost 10lbs in the 7 days I've used it, including the 2 days it did nothing for me.
I did find out one thing. It contains METHYLCELLULOSE, and that requires COLD WATER to dissolve. In fact, if you take anything with Methylcellulose DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING HOT with it, or immediately after. Hot water solidifies M.C., which makes it ineffective. The first 2 days I used this product, I was taking it with my morning coffee, so that was a bad move. All is well now!

Super Hoodia 2000 really works - Rosa Weston -
I purchased the single bottle here and am almost through with it. I didnt realize that I could have bought 3 bottles at once and gotten a better deal. I found that this hoodia works better than other hoodia I have tried from gnc. I like how it helps stop my hunger sensations. I think that people may sometimes expect too much from hoodia. It works pretty good most of the time but you still have to use restraint when food is available since it can be an emotional/psychological compulsion to eat.

I really like this product! I take one tab first thing in the morning & another in the afternoon. I don't notice any side effects except a decreased appetite. I don't go hungry! I lost 20 lbs over the summer & I am ordering another three months supply. Just remember to take this BEFORE you get hungry to have maximum results- would order the acai pills too except the two are a bit too pricey for me right now- wish the company would combine the both into one pill! I am getting married in five months & can't wait to see the end result- THANKS!!

I have only been using it for a week but its definitely helping with my appetite. I am about 65 pounds overweight but I want to lose maybe 45 pounds over the next year so I can do it safely and gradually. It seems to work most of the time but not all the time. I think that my body just has to eat sometimes and nothing is going to stop it. I will keep using it and maybe update this review again later.
