Drink as much water after every eating of fruit. Water and fruits both have good amount of minerals and vitamins you need for each meal. So you won't be craving for a full meal or sweets, choose the fruits that you love most and munch them instead of rice or meat.
3.Fruits and vegetables diet. You can combine fruits and vegetables for your quick weight loss diet. Also, you can still have as much water as you can take during your fruits and vegetable diet.
This third kind of weight loss diet is best for the obese men and women since they cannot simply jump to water therapy. They need to still eat but they must eat lesser and lesser until they eat only fruits and then more water in the diet.
