The difference between fat loss and weight loss is a critical component in any fitness program. Many people confuse the number on the scale with their level of fitness, although this can be very misleading at times.

Over time this leads toRebound weight gain and a feeling of depression.

Through proper nutrition and exercise program led it is not necessary.
